Are you passionate about Health, Fitness and helping others feel their absolute best?

We are looking for a dedicated & energetic Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at Santé Health!

About The Role

As a coach at Santé, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging & high energy group fitness classes while creating an exceptional experience for our members. This role is ideal for someone who loves coaching, building relationships, and helping people achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Coach group training classes - Strength, conditioning & hybrid-style sessions.
Deliver safe, motivating & inclusive workouts for members of all fitness levels.
Demonstrate exercises & provide progressions/regressions where required.
Foster a positive and welcoming community environment.
Build rapport with members and assist in member retention.
Maintain studio cleanliness at all times.
Support studio events & community initiatives when required.

What We're Looking For

Certificate III in Fitness minimum (Cert IV is even better).
Current First Aid & CPR.
Previous group training experience preferred.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctual, & professional.
Available for early mornings, afternoon/evenings and occasional weekend shifts (Saturday mornings).
Ability to create an energetic & motivating class atmosphere.
