Summary: We are seeking a skilled Optical Dispenser to join our team in Leppington and/or Gregory Hills. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting eyewear and provide exceptional service. Ideal candidates will have experience in the optical field and a passion for helping others. Join us to make a difference in our customers' vision and style. Responsibilities: - Assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear based on their needs and preferences. - Provide expert advice on lens options, coatings, and frame styles. - Conduct measurements for eyewear fittings to ensure optimal comfort and vision. - Maintain an organised and visually appealing display of eyewear products. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to eyewear orders. - Collaborate with optometrists and other team members to ensure high-quality service. - Stay updated on the latest trends in eyewear and optical technology. Qualifications: - Previous experience as an optical dispenser or in a similar role. - Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. - Knowledge of optical products and services is preferred.
