Key Responsibilities
- Greet, seat, and welcome guests with genuine hospitality
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests and dietary needs
- Serve food and drinks promptly and to presentation standards
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
- Maintain clean, organised service areas, including clearing and resetting tables
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately
- Promote and upsell menu items, specials, and beverages
- Respond to guest requests and provide helpful, attentive service
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holiday
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role
- Availability to work early mornings and the ability to prioritise AM shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift items as required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing needs
- Reliable, positive, and committed to delivering high quality service
