About the Role:

Are you looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing? We are currently seeking Entry-Level Footwear Factory Hands to join our growing production team. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to learn specialised manufacturing skills and contribute to the production of high-quality footwear products in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and assist with footwear production machinery, including glue application equipment, cutting machines, heat pressing machines, and other manufacturing tools.
Follow production procedures, specifications, and quality standards to ensure products are completed accurately.
Inspect products and identify any defects or production issues.
Assist with general factory and production duties to support daily operational targets and deadlines.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth production flow.

Requirements:

No previous experience required — full training will be provided.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
