The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Remedial Massage Therapist to join our team in a full-time (preferred) or part-time (minimum 4 days per week) capacity. You will step into an established client base, supported by streamlined systems, fully equipped treatment rooms, and a leadership team invested in your success.
You will have access to training on industry-leading wellness technologies — including the Emerald Laser (Erchonia LLLT) and Ballancer Pro lymphatic drainage system — expanding your clinical skills and service offering in ways very few Melbourne clinics can offer.

What We're Looking For
· Diploma of Remedial Massage (HLT52015, HLT52021 or equivalent) from an Australian RTO
· Minimum 3 years post-qualification clinical practice
· Current professional association membership (ATMS, MMA, AMT, or MAA)
· Active health fund provider numbers with at least two major funds
· HICAPS claiming capability (or ability to transfer provider numbers to our address)
· Current professional indemnity insurance ($2M minimum per claim)
· Demonstrated ability to build client retention and re-booking outcomes
· Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
