ABOUT THE ROLE

Mounties Health & Fitness are currently seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our close-knit team as a Learn to Swim Instructor on a part-time and casual basis.

As a Learn to Swim Instructor, you will help create a fun, safe and supportive environment where children can build confidence and develop their swimming skills. You will be responsible for delivering swimming lessons, maintaining a strong focus on safety, and assisting with the day-to-day operation of our aquatic programs.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful for this role, you should have the following:

Energetic, reliable and passionate about teaching swimming
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Enjoy working with children and being part of a supportive team environment
AUSTSWIM Accreditation certificate - Teacher of swimming and water safety, or equivalent teacher of swimming and water safety certification
First Aid and CPR
Working with Children Check (if 18 years or older)
Availability to work a flexible roster including weekdays, weekends and afternoons.
