Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for your next career opportunity with a respected and growing real estate team?

Join our high-performing team as a Senior Property Manager, where you will have the opportunity to manage a quality residential portfolio of approximately 220 properties, supported by dedicated accounting, administration and leasing teams.

Unlike traditional property management roles, you will have the support and resources available to allow you to focus on what you do best — building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and achieving great outcomes for your clients.

We are seeking a motivated and professional Senior Property Manager who takes ownership of their portfolio, values strong relationships, and is passionate about providing a high level of service.

About the Role:

As a Senior Property Manager, you will:

Manage and take ownership of a residential portfolio of approximately 220 properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Deliver exceptional customer service and provide professional property management solutions
Work closely with dedicated accounting, administration, and leasing teams
Manage repairs, maintenance requests, and contractor relationships
Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
Monitor and manage arrears
Prepare documentation and attend tribunal matters when required
Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in managing a residential property portfolio independently
Confident managing landlord and tenant relationships
Knowledgeable in the Residential Tenancies Act
Strong in communication, organisation, and problem-solving
Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to prioritise effectively
Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
Professional, positive, and committed to delivering a premium customer experience
Able to contribute positively within a team environment

You will also have:

Minimum 2 years’ residential Property Management experience
Current Certificate of Registration / Real Estate Licence
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
