We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic school leavers to join our 2027 Apprenticeship Program, kicking off in January at our Sunshine Coast Workshop (Forest Glen). You’ll work alongside seasoned tradespeople and gain a nationally recognised qualification — all while getting paid!

What can I expect as an Apprentice with Shadforth?

What you’ll need to bring

Genuine interest in pursuing a Trade with Shadforth
Commitment to structured, classroom-based, and on-the-job field training
Hold a Construction Industry White Card
Demonstrate effective communication skills
Hold current manual Drivers Licence with reliable transport
Ability to perform manual handling and repetitive tasks with some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
Completed Year 12 (preferred but not essential)
