Introduction:
Physiotherapist - Onsite + Work from home
- Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time opportunity: Minimum 3 days per week (Monday to Friday)
- Located in Melbourne South East: Onsite work across Noble Park, Somerville and surrounding suburbs, plus work‑from‑home flexibility
- Competitive Salary Package: $85k–$100k FTE (based on experience) + PD allowance + Travel allowance
We are looking for an engaging Physiotherapist with musculoskeletal or private practice experience to join our Victorian team delivering occupational rehabilitation and workplace physiotherapy services. This role offers a unique combination of onsite workplace health services and telehealth delivery, providing flexibility to work from home 1 to 3 days per week, depending on clinic demand across Melbourne's South East.
Working across a range of clinics onsite in organisations, you will be collaborating with organisations and their employees to prevent & manage injuries within the workplace, driven by the belief that happier and healthier people perform better. You won't be stuck in the same 4 walls of a clinic everyday - you will be out on the floor with workers, consulting with health and safety professionals and be actively involved in proactive initiatives in the workplace. Being a Physio at Axis allows you to use your interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills, without being hands on with patients all day AND still doing what you love but in a more sustainable way, that way you can be a Physio for many years to come.
In this role you will:
- Provide onsite Physiotherapy and occupational rehabilitation to employees in the workplace
- Create & support innovative early intervention physiotherapy and wellbeing services for our customers
- Provide early intervention triage + injury management services via telehealth across the nation
- Closely consult and collaborate with both employees, managers and organisations to support a happy & healthy workforce
- Participate in and contribute to a strong team culture across the Axis team, both locally and interstate.
- Enhance Axis’ reputation as a market leader in providing onsite Physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.
You will bring the following:
- Completed Bachelor of Physiotherapy
- Previous experience as a musculoskeletal or private practice Physiotherapist (at least 18 months)
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Full Australian working rights
- Australian driver's licence and access to your own private vehicle
- Willingness to undergo background and/or other pre-employment checks
