As a Flag Marshal Team Member at Eastern Creek Karting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers in and out of their karts, refuelling, general maintenance of the karts, maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the venue, and helping to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Some of the key attributes we are looking for in a Team Member include excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
In order to be successful in this role, you must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure. You should also have a genuine interest in karting and a passion for delivering top-notch service to our customers.
