Beloved Scents Cleaning is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our growing team based in the Shoalhaven region. This casual position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work across a range of beautiful accommodation properties, holiday homes, luxury Airbnbs, and guest facilities.
As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring every property is presented to the highest standard, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests. We take pride in delivering exceptional results and are looking for team members who share our passion for cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail.
What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning and preparing accommodation properties to a high guest-ready standard
- Making and styling beds, including changing linen and arranging guest amenities
- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and living areas
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing throughout properties
- Checking properties for maintenance issues and reporting them to management
- Replenishing guest supplies and ensuring properties are fully stocked
- Completing housekeeping checklists and quality control inspections
- Ensuring all guest areas are presented beautifully and consistently
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet turnover schedules
- Following health and safety procedures and safe chemical handling practices
- Assisting with deep cleans, spring cleans and seasonal property refreshes when required
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping, cleaning, hotel, motel or Airbnb cleaning experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive tasks, bending, lifting and standing for extended periods
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Clear Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Flexible availability, including occasional weekends and public holidays
