The Role - Optical Assistant: Full-time or Part-time
This isn’t just another retail role - our Geraldton store is growing!

With an exciting store expansion coming in October, we’re growing the team and looking for people who want to be part of what’s next. Think bigger space, bigger team, more customers and even more opportunity to develop your career.

If you love retail and customer service but are ready for something more, Specsavers is the place to turn that experience into a career. You’ll learn all things optical, build new skills and have the opportunity to grow alongside a store that’s going places.

We are open to school hours and can be flexible around roster.

In this role, no two days will feel the same:

Greet, Guide & Book: Be the first friendly face customers see, assist with their queries, and manage bookings to ensure they’re all set for their next visit.
Support the Experts: Learn to take patients through the pre-testing phase of their eye exam and assist our Optometrists to ensure smooth and efficient appointments.
Frame Styling Specialist: Dispense glasses with a range of lens options tailored to each customer’s needs
Customer Experience Champion: Be our customer experience champion and help us ensure that our customers leave feeling good.

Master Your Skill: Opportunity to work towards a Cert IV in Optical Dispensing with full funding available! (Eligibility and completion requirements apply.)
