Kids Hub Naturescape Outside School Hours Care – Geraldton, WA

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Afternoon Bus Driver / Grounds Person to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who values safety, is dependable, and takes pride in maintaining vehicles and outdoor spaces.

Position Details:

Monday to Friday (5 days per week during school term)
Afternoon shifts 2:00pm -4:00pm (school pickup transport and grounds duties)
Location: Geraldton, WA

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport children from local schools to our OSHC service on our coaster bus
Ensure all transport is conducted in line with road safety regulations and organisational procedures
Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the bus
Assist with general grounds maintenance, including outdoor areas and equipment
Support the overall presentation and safety of the service environment

Essential Requirements:

Current LR (Light Rigid) Driver’s Licence
Working With Children Check
Participation in National Child Protection training (on employment)
Strong understanding of road safety and safe transport practices
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Good communication skills
