ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Creative Coordinator to bring structure, support, and energy to our busy creative operations team. In this role, you’ll be the organisational backbone of our production and studio processes – keeping schedules on track, managing admin, and helping bring shoots to life.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Managing team schedules and tracking shoot production expenses.
Booking e-commerce and creative flats shoots in studio
Assisting Producers with location scouting, talent packs, travel booking and catering.
Supporting the production & creative teams with ad hoc errands and prop sourcing.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Highly organised, reliable, and flexible, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Strong administration and coordination skills, with great attention to detail.

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable problem-solving in fast-paced situations.

A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across creative and operational teams.

Previous experience in a coordinator, admin, or production support role (creative industry experience is a bonus, but not essential).

Flexibility to work in the Geelong office up to 5 days per week, plus supporting with off-site shoots which may be out of hours
