Full Job Description

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Waitstaff / Food & Beverage Attendants to join our front-of-house team. You will play a vital role in delivering excellent service, making our guests feel welcome, and keeping the cafe running smoothly during busy service periods.

Whether you are an experienced hospitality pro or looking to build your skills in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service: Greet customers warmly, present menus, take accurate orders, and deliver food and drinks promptly.
Section Management: Maintain a clean work environment by clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and resetting dining areas.
POS & Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
Teamwork: Communicate efficiently with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service.
Compliance: Follow all food hygiene, safety guidelines, and responsible service practices.

What We Are Looking For

A positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
Ability to multitask and maintain high energy during busy rush hours.
Strong communication skills and a neat, professional appearance.
Availability to work weekend shifts and public holidays.
Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

Pay: $26.44 – $48.61 per hour
