The Opportunity

We're seeking an ambitious Territory Manager to lead our fast-growing Geelong region and build a rewarding career with genuine progression opportunities. You'll manage an established customer portfolio while generating new business in a hybrid role that offers autonomy and flexibility.

Based at our Geelong depot, you'll work across the region supported by a strong operational team and backed by Veolia's market-leading waste solutions.

What you'll be responsible for

Managing and growing an existing customer portfolio through relationship management and account development
Generating new business leads through in-person cold calling and face-to-face engagement
Building strong working relationships with the Operations team and collaborating effectively across the depot
Running your territory with autonomy while maintaining clear travel and scheduling plans

What you'll need to be successful

Sales or Account Management experience in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to generate leads
Local to the Geelong/Corio region with genuine commitment to living and working in the area
Strong communication skills and tech-savvy approach
Ambition to build a career and willingness to learn the waste industry from the ground up
Ability to work collaboratively with operations teams and thrive in a depot-based hybrid environment
