Full Job Description

AUSSIE SAFETY RAIL PTY. LTD. Positioned at 100 Kiddle Drive, Lara, VIC 3212. It provides roof-fall protection, temporary edge safety rails, and working platforms. Specializing in fall protection and access solutions, the company ensures every project is completed with the highest safety standards.

Position:

We are seeking highly professional, motivated and enthusiastic individual with relevant qualification to come and join our team as the Full-time Project Administrators.

Skills and Experience:

Plans and undertakes the administration of organisational programs, special projects, and support services.
Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, and services.
Address inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts, projects, and services.
Manage documentation and administrative tasks linked to projects and contracts.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, owners, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Provide advice to senior management on key matters and implement their directives.
Supervise contractor activities and report on changes or variations to work orders.
Prepare, assess, and present submissions and reports on organisational activities.
Gather, evaluate, and report on project-related data and outcomes.
Review office accommodation needs and coordinate new arrangements.

Qualification

AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma

At least one year of relevant experience

Remuneration

Successful candidate will be paid a salary of $70,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation. If you have relevant qualifications or experience, please email your resume or click apply.
