This isn't your typical coaching role.
As a Wellness Coach / Personal Trainer at Cotton On's Global Support office in Geelong, you'll join a team whose goal is simple: create an environment where people want to move, learn and optimise how they feel and perform - in the Wellness Club, back at their desks and throughout their day.
You'll be coaching within an elite corporate health and wellness facility, working with people across all levels of fitness - from someone learning the fundamentals of movement for the first time, through to experienced lifters and senior executives.
Our Wellness Club brings together resistance and functional training, Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Hot Mat Pilates, recovery and holistic health services under one roof. You'll also work alongside a multidisciplinary team including osteopaths, massage therapists, spa therapists and other health professionals, giving you the opportunity to learn, collaborate and develop as a coach.

We'll support you with our programming, class formats and coaching principles but we don't want every coach to look and sound the same.
Bring your personality, your coaching style and the areas of health and fitness that inspire you. If you can create energy in a room, connect with people and make someone look forward to their next session, you'll fit right in.
For this opportunity, we're particularly looking for someone confident coaching resistance training and functional movement, with the ability to adapt sessions for different abilities and experience levels.

This isn't a role built around chasing your own PT book. We're a team, and our coaches work together to deliver the best possible experience across the Wellness Club.
One day you might lead a group class, another you could coach an individual session, work with an executive, cover for another coach or collaborate with our holistic health team.
