Position: Full-Time Pizza Chef

Location: IL CAPO

Are you a passionate pizza chef looking to join a dynamic team? IL CAPO is seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time pizza chef to bring their expertise and love for pizza to our kitchen. Join us in delivering top-quality, hand-crafted pizzas to our loyal customers!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas with high-quality ingredients, maintaining our signature standards

Manage dough preparation, proofing, and stretching for an authentic, artisanal pizza experience

Ensure a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and hygiene standards

Collaborate with team members to keep kitchen operations smooth and efficient

Assist in menu innovation, suggesting seasonal and specialty pizzas

Monitor stock levels, maintaining an efficient kitchen inventory

Requirements:

Proven experience as a pizza chef or in a similar role

Strong understanding of pizza dough techniques, toppings, and cooking times

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Team player with excellent communication skills

Flexibility with work hours, including evenings and weekends
