Summary:

The Front Office Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This position is essential for maintaining a welcoming environment and providing administrative support to enhance the overall efficiency of the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a customer-focused attitude, contributing to the positive image of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
Support the organisation of meetings and events as required.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent experience in office administration or a related field.
Proven experience in a front office or administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
