About the Role
This role is a mix of technical repair work and retail customer service/sales, with added responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store. You will:
- Repair a wide range of devices (iPhone, Samsung, Oppo & more).
- Provide outstanding customer service and find the right solutions for each customer.
- Drive sales of phone accessories, repairs, and premium portable audio products.
- Take ownership of shop presentation and inventory management, ensuring the store always looks professional and well-stocked.
- Work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Show initiative, reliability, and attention to detail in everything you do.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in phone repairs, accessories, or a similar role (sales experience highly regarded).
- A genuine passion for mobile technology.
- Positive “can-do” attitude and ability to learn quickly.
- Flexibility to work one weekend day if required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
- Team player who thrives in a busy retail environment.
- Someone who is ready to take responsibility, manage stock, and maintain excellent store presentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
Experience:
- Mobile phone sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (Required)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (Required)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Mobile Phone Repair: 1 year (Required)
