We are seeking a professional, highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our Property and Development team in Geelong or Melbourne.
You will bring strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a client-focused approach to support our lawyers in delivering high-quality services. Your ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and work collaboratively will be essential.
- Providing outstanding client service, including onboarding new clients
- Managing multiple tasks efficiently and accurately, including diary and deadline management for lawyers and paralegals
- Maintaining control of priorities through effective time management
- Supporting lawyers with file management and administrative tasks
- Exposure to Property & Development or Conveyancing
- Experience in legal administration or as a personal assistant in a professional services environment
- Exceptional organisational and file management skills with a high level of attention to detail
- A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Experience with iManage and Lexis Affinity (desirable but not essential)
