Full Job Description

Geelong Smile Studio are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Dental Assistant & a Dental Assistant/ Receptionist, to join the team in our modern practice on a part time/ full time basis.

There are two roles available:

Dental Assistant/ receptionist- Part time
Dental Assistant- Full time

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist in our thriving Geelong Smile Studio practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high-quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

Previous Dental Assistant experience- essential 2 years minimum
Previous Dental Reception experience- preferred
Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) is desirable

You are:

Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
