ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Operational Risk Analyst to support how we identify, understand and respond to risk across the business. This role plays a key part in uplifting our operational risk reporting, insights and systems, helping bring clarity and confidence to decision making.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll develop and maintain risk dashboards and key reporting, monitor trends and emerging risks, and ensure our data is accurate, consistent and meaningful. You’ll partner with teams to understand their needs, translate these into clear requirements, and support the delivery of reporting and system improvements that enhance visibility and reduce manual effort.

You’ll have the chance to make a real impact - strengthening how we manage risk, improving processes, and supporting initiatives across safety, security and shrink.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in analytics, reporting or risk-related roles, ideally within retail or a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards, reporting packs or performance metrics
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive improvements
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency and data integrity
Experience reviewing processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement
