We are seeking a Project Mobilisation & Systems Coordinator to join our Geelong team. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll be responsible for launching new projects the right way and making sure our project systems are configured, adopted, and working effectively across the business.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead project mobilisation activities from award through to active construction, ensuring all startup requirements are in place before work commences
- Implement and configure project management systems for new projects, including Hammertech for safety and compliance workflows
- Drive full adoption and correct use of Procore across active projects document control, ITPs, SWMS, RFIs, and site inspections
- Identify gaps in how current systems are being used and work with project teams to close them
- Develop and maintain project startup checklists, registers, and mobilisation trackers
- Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and support teams to coordinate mobilisation requirements
- Support subcontractor and supplier onboarding through relevant systems
- Maintain system templates, folder structures, and controlled document registers
- Provide hands-on training and support to site and office teams on system use
- Identify opportunities to improve mobilisation processes and system workflows across the business
About You
- Demonstrated experience in a project coordination, systems administration, or construction support role within civil or construction environments
- Hands-on experience with Procore preferred — including document control, quality, and safety modules
- Experience with Hammertech or a comparable safety and compliance management platform highly regarded
- Experience with software implementation or system rollouts is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of what’s required to mobilise a civil construction project
- Organised and methodical, with a high standard of accuracy in document management and record-keeping
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Clear communicator who can translate system requirements into practical guidance for busy site teams
- Ability to identify problems early and drive solutions without being prompted
- Current driver’s licence
