Full Job Description

We are a wholesale business supplying essential cabinet components to the furniture industry, cabinet makers, shop-fitters and specialist kitchen and bathroom companies.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and highly organised Reception, Customer Service & Order Processing Administrator to join our team.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will play an important role in representing our business in a professional and positive manner.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys staying busy, can multitask efficiently and takes pride in completing work accurately and on time.

You will be responsible for handling incoming phone enquiries, customer service, daily administrative duties and high-volume order processing tasks. The ability to multitask, stay organised and maintain accuracy while working under pressure is essential.

Responsibilities:

Answering and directing phone calls and customer enquries
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Invoicing
Working closely with warehouse and sales team
Providing prompt and professional customer support
Assisting customers in the showroom
Supporting day-to-day office operations

Hours

Monday to Friday - 8:30-4:30pm
