Exercise Physiologist | $67K–$85K + Super | Private Clinics with Full Aquatic & Gym Access

Salary: $67,000–$85,000 + super (based on experience)
You’ll be based in private clinic rooms within aquatic and leisure centres, with access to:
- Dedicated consultation and assessment rooms
- On-site hydrotherapy pools
- Fully equipped rehabilitation gym facilities
- Staff-only areas for documentation, breaks, and team collaboration
You’ll provide one-on-one exercise programming, rehabilitation, and functional capacity support for clients across:
- NDIS participants (including neurological conditions, physical disability, and ASD)
- Older adults (falls prevention, arthritis, post–joint replacement)
- DVA and Return-to-Work programs
- Chronic disease management
- Workers Compensation and TAC cases
This is a clinic-first role, with some community visits where you can connect with clients in their own environments and help transition them back to regular in-clinic rehab.
What We Provide

About You
You are passionate about achieving positive client outcomes, enjoy working collaboratively, and are looking for a role with strong clinical and operational support.
You’ll Ideally Have:
- Current registration as an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both clients and colleagues
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with a proactive and supportive approach
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- A current Police Check, Working With Children Check (WWCC), and Driver’s Licence
