What You’ll Be Doing
As a Field Service Technician, you will:
- Carry out diagnostics, repairs, servicing and maintenance on a range of agriculture equipment in the field and in the workshop
- Provide expert advice and support to customers, helping them get the most from their machines
- Accurately document all work completed, including parts used ad time taken
- Travel to customer sites at short notice ad adapt to changing schedules as needed
- Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
- Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Mobile Plant Mechanic or equivalent
- Solid experience in Field Service, especially with heavy diesel equipment and major repairs
- Experience with agricultural machinery will be highly regarded
- Strong diagnostic skills across electrical, Hydraulics
- Excellent customer service skills, with a proactive and professional attitude
- Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
- A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
- Holds relevant certifications or qualifications
