We are in the town centre of a dynamic and diverse community, only an hour's drive from Brisbane CBD and 30 minutes from Toowoomba. With an amazing team, we are well established and respected within the Gatton community. Many of our clients have been coming to the clinic for over 10 years and often provide us with a varied range of surgical, medical and wellness cases.

We're looking for a Lead Veterinarian who is truly passionate about animal welfare and has strong leadership skills, ready to guide and inspire our vibrant team. This includes mentoring a new graduate Vet who is eager to learn and grow under your guidance.

Exceptional communication and client relationship building skills

BVSc or equivalent, and registration to practice in Queensland
What you'll be doing each day in a nutshell:

Deliver exceptional care to our patients in close collaboration with a skilled team

Conduct regular consultations and perform routine surgeries

Mentor and support a new graduate Veterinarian, fostering their growth and development

Take a leadership role in helping manage clinic operations, guiding and inspiring team members, and playing an active role in strategic decision-making. Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and drive efficiency, ensuring the best possible care for our patients.

Be part of a great community, building long-lasting relationships with pet owners and enhancing their experience.
