Pastry Cook - fulltime

Ten Thousand Eastwood, located at 77 Rowe St Eastwood, offers a diverse selection of high-quality pastries, cakes, and baked goods, and specialty beverages. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pastry Cook to join our team in a full-time position.

To qualify for this position, candidates must have the following

- Trade qualification in patisserie or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a pastry cook in a commercial kitchen

- Experience and competent in advanced pastry skills and techniques

- Strong knowledge of pastry preparation, baking methodologies, and nutrition

- Creativity and passion for developing new recipes and products

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Full work rights in Australia (Australian citizen or permanent resident preferred)
