O’Neill & Brown Fire Services is looking for a driven Junior Cadet Project Engineer who is currently studying or early in their career to join our growing team and work on live construction projects—not just sit on the sidelines.
Why This Role Stands Out
This isn’t your typical Junior Cadet Project Engineer role. You’ll be actively involved in real projects, learning directly from experienced professionals while building skills that matter in the industry and contribute to life-saving services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Get involved in planning and delivering fire services projects
- Help manage schedules, procurement, and key project docs
- Visit project sites and contribute to progress tracking
- Work alongside clients, consultants, and site teams
- Support budgeting, cost tracking, and quality/WHS processes
Who We’re Looking For
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Construction Management, or Engineering
- Organised, proactive, and a strong communicator
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- White Card and driver’s licence (or willing to get them)
