We’re on the lookout for an experienced Project Engineer or Project Manager to play an integral role in overseeing Civil Construction projects delivering an $12M intersection upgrade project, working within TMR specifications and standards. You will be joining an experienced team working across three projects covering subdivisions and roadworks.

Shadforth offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles and take on greater responsibilities as you establish yourself in the position.

About you:
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills to deliver projects to agreed outcomes. You will bring a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works, along with extensive experience working within TMR (Transport and Main Roads) standards, specifications, and frameworks.

Key responsibilities will be:

Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance
Accountable for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, standards, and TMR requirements where applicable
Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project’s financial performance
Manage and maintain client relationships
Responsible for the coordination and performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment
