We’re currently seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Clayton, Victoria. This role is ideal for a marketing professional eager to make an impact in a dynamic, brand-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote our coffee products, in-store experiences, and online presence Ensure alignment with overall brand and sales objectives
Brand Strategy & Strategic Input
- Advise senior management on marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition, customer loyalty, and competitive positioning
Campaign Coordination
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across print, digital, social, and in-store channels Coordinate content creation, design briefing, media buying, and promotions
Customer Insights & Data Analysis
- Analyze sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to develop targeted marketing initiatives
Trend Forecasting & Opportunity Identification
- Monitor industry trends, lifestyle movements, and competitor activity to identify new marketing and product opportunities
Market Research & Product Promotion
- Conduct market research to support the development and promotion of current and upcoming coffee products
Brand Development & Growth
- Develop initiatives that strengthen our market position, attract new customers, and support business expansion
Multi-Channel Marketing Management
- Manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital (social media, email, SEO/SEM), print, POS, and experiential marketing (events, activations)
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of marketing experience (required) Preference will be given to candidates with more years of relevant experience, particularly in FMCG, retail, or food & beverage industries Qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related field Strong skills in campaign development, content strategy, and digital marketing Experience with data-driven decision-making and market analysis Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
