As the Salesforce Administrator & Strategic Partnerships Specialist, your key responsibilities include:

Lead the integration of Salesforce functionalities and capabilities across the Institute

Develop and lead strategic funding and sales initiatives, especially in the coordination of Tenders, Grants, and Bids submissions.

Champion Salesforce best practices and continuous improvement across commercial and operational teams.

Administer and maintain the accuracy of entries into the Salesforce CRM, including assignment of user roles, permissions, and security settings.

Configure and customise Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools which aligns with Chisholm’s commercial and broader priorities.

Provide second-level support and troubleshooting, resolving immediate technical issues and implementing enhancements.

Identify and assess funding opportunities aligned with Chisholm’s Strategic Plan.

Lead the development and submission of bids, tenders, and grant applications.

Coordinate inputs from subject matter experts, finance, and delivery teams.

Ensure Salesforce and funding processes are documented, compliant, and responsive to business needs.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Qualifications required for the role:

Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Communications, or related field

Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g. Sales Cloud, data handling, reporting) (Desirable)

Salesforce Certified Administrator (Desirable)
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in Salesforce administration and/or funding coordination

Proven success in bid/tender writing and grant acquisition
-
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
-
Experience developing dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making

Experience onboarding internal clients and configuring tailored CRM solutions

Experience in vocational education or public sector initiatives (Desirable)

Familiarity with government funding frameworks and tender portals (Desirable)
-
Experience in coordinating Tenders, Bids, and Grants applications (Desirable)
