As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and organised Office & Payroll Administrator to help support the day to day running of the business.

About the Role

This is a varied administration role supporting payroll, employee administration, and general office coordination.

You’ll help keep things organised behind the scenes and support the wider team with day to day administration tasks.

Duties will include:

Weekly payroll processing
Employee onboarding administration
Maintaining licences and employee records
Assisting with leave requests and staff documentation
General administration support
Data entry and system updates
Processing contractor invoices
Supporting office organisation and daily operations

This role would suit someone who is:

Organised and reliable
Detail oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Friendly and professional
Confident using computer systems and administration software

Skills & ExperienceHighly Regarded:

Previous administration experience
Payroll experience
Experience using Xero
Strong organisation and communication skills

Essential:

Reliable and proactive attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organised
Positive team-first approach
