The Team & Role
Join a supportive clinical team where your contribution helps create a positive experience for patients, families and visitors. As a Ward Clerk, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for the unit, providing professional reception and administrative support while assisting the Nurse Unit Manager and clinical staff with day-to-day operations. This role is suited to a proactive and organised individual who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to a collaborative healthcare environment.

Skills & Experience Required
Demonstrated competency in medical terminology.
Sets personal standards of excellence and measures and delivers outcomes in a timely manner.
Addresses priority tasks first.
Understands the purpose of, and is able to use, common software applications and email.
Previous experience in a health setting.
