Operating 7 days a week all year round we pride ourselves with quality, service, and a great working environment.

Job Description: Sandwich Supervisor/ Maker

Responsibilities:

Make sandwiches, baguettes, and wraps based on our SOP - Training will be provided.
Ensure food quality, following recipes and presentation standards.
Communicate effectively with team and accurately take customer orders.
Maintain cleanliness, adhere to HACCP guidelines, and use POS system.
Prioritize customer satisfaction by preparing orders promptly and accurately.
Managing and delegating staff in the sandwich section.
Creating new and exciting recipes, while working closely with the executive chef.
Monitoring stock levels.
Maintain a safe work environment for staff and customers.

Requirements:

Experience in making sandwiches, including baguettes and wraps.
Proficient in sandwich hand techniques and ingredient combinations.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with POS systems a plus.
Commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
Flexible availability, including weekends.
