The Role

In this multi-faceted and high-energy role, you will transition your existing sales skills into the commercial fashion sector. You will spend your time nurturing our established retail accounts, actively hunting for new retail partnerships across QLD, and stepping in to keep our warehouse operations running smoothly when needed. This is a brilliant career move for a retail store manager, assistant manager, or B2B sales professional looking to step into a corporate agency showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Database Sales: Proactively engage with our established retail database to maximize seasonal order intake, introduce new collections, and exceed sales targets.

Expand QLD Territory: Identify, evaluate, and secure lucrative new business opportunities and stockists throughout Queensland.

Nurture Client Growth: Build enduring, value-add relationships with retail clients, supporting their business growth through professional marketing support and visual merchandising guidance.

Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with fellow team members, contributing to a positive agency culture, sharing market insights, and collaborating on showroom showings.

Operational Support: Maintain a hands-on approach by picking and packing wholesale orders accurately during peak dispatch periods or when operational needs require.

What We Are Looking For

Previous sales experience is essential (e.g., retail store management, hospitality sales, real estate, or general B2B sales). No previous wholesale experience required.

A strong commercial mindset with a track record of hitting targets and chasing new business opportunities.

Exceptional relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for customer service and client success.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide strategic marketing support to stockists.

A collaborative team player who is physically fit enough to handle picking and packing duties and possesses a "no task is too small" attitude.

A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout Queensland for client visits and roadshows.
