Full Job Description

POSITION: Forklift Driver & All-Rounder

BEA Enterprises is a female-owned and operated transport and logistics business based in Southeast Queensland. We're looking for a reliable, switched-on Forklift Driver and All- Rounder to join our team on a casual basis. We value the right attitude as much as the right licence, and we actively welcome applications from women and mothers.

THE ROLE

· Local pick-ups and deliveries across Rocklea, Brisbane and surrounding areas

· Unloading and reloading tautliners and flat-top trailers

· Small pickups using utility vehicle, trailer or 12-tonne body truck

· Handling varied freight — IBCs, palletised goods, tyres and odd-shaped loads

· Data entry and freight input using our Transport Management System (TMS)

· Basic weekly equipment maintenance checks

· Overseeing receiving depot freight flow

LICENCES & REQUIREMENTS

· Current, valid Forklift Licence (essential)

· Manual car licence (essential)

· MR or HR licence (desirable)

· HC licence (desirable)

· DG (Dangerous Goods) licence preferred — or willingness to obtain

· Clean and presentable always

ABOUT YOU

· Positive, enthusiastic approach to work

· Strong communication skills

· A genuine team player

· Honest, reliable and punctual

· Comfortable with basic computer/data entry tasks

HOURS & FLEXIBILITY

· Casual position, 3–4 days per week

· Flexible hours between 6:00 am and 6:30 pm (no later than 6:30 pm finish)

· We are happy to work around family and school schedules — let's find hours that suit both parties

RATE

· $35 per hour
