Assistant Centre Director | Milestones Early Learning Ashmont

Milestones Early Learning Ashmont is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Centre Director to join our team in a full-time capacity, working across rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain).
Previous leadership experience within an early education and care environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting children, families, and fellow educators.
The ability to support centre operations, mentor team members, and contribute to a positive centre culture.
