Your Next Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a Full Time Park Manager to join our team at Old Bar Beach Holidays site.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll support the day‑to‑day operations of the park, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and contributing to a high‑performing team

In this Role, You’ll

Lead the park team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and a guest‑obsessed culture every day.
Oversee all daily operations including occupancy, revenue, administration, presentation and financial performance.
Build strong relationships with guests, residents, team members, local partners and regulatory bodies.
Manage safety, compliance and asset standards, ensuring the park is well‑maintained, safe and operating to brand expectations.
Respond to challenges proactively, from guest concerns to operational issues, while driving improvements and supporting resident wellbeing.

Build strong guest relationships, ensuring needs are met, feedback is acted on, and escalated issues are resolved with confidence and care.
Lead and develop high‑performing teams, motivating others, selecting great talent, and creating a positive, guest‑focused culture.
