Junior Pharmacy Assistant / Cashier (16+ Years) – Forest Hill

Are you looking for your first job and an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a healthcare and retail environment? We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Junior Pharmacy Assistant/Cashier to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior team member to develop customer service, communication, and retail skills in a busy community pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

Providing friendly customer service
Operating the cash register and EFTPOS terminal
Assisting with stock replenishment and merchandising
Maintaining a clean and organised pharmacy
Answering phones and assisting with general enquiries
Supporting the pharmacy team with day-to-day retail tasks

What We are Looking For

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and well presented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous pharmacy experience is not required

Roster

Weeknight shifts: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Weekend shifts: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday shifts are allocated on a rotating roster
Additional shifts may be available during school holidays and busy periods
