Work options:

Full-Time Perm | Between 6.30 and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday | Onsite
Attractive remuneration+ up to $18,550 tax-free salary packaging + 12% super
Ideal for someone with experience within the disability sector / food handling

About the role:

This hands-on role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate leader to guide a small team of employees living with disabilities. You will coach and support a diverse team, helping them build valuable skills while producing our iconic Aussie biscuits for Aruma’s commercial customers.

In this rewarding position, you’ll play a meaningful role in supporting individuals to achieve their potential, while contributing to a purpose-driven business. You’ll be part of a supportive and inclusive Business Enterprises team, committed to creating genuine employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Production Coordinator with daily production activities.
Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day support to supported employees within the team.
Assist with coordinating workflow and team activities in a biscuit production environment.
Use workplace systems and technology to complete daily tasks and maintain accurate support documentation and production records.
Follow all health, safety, and food safety requirements in a HACCP-accredited production environment.

Relevant qualifications (Certificate III in Food Handling, Disability, or similar) desirable.
Current driver’s licence required.
Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid/CPR certification.
