Be part of the excitement and energy of the Spring Racing Carnival, delivering exceptional experiences across premium dining rooms, exclusive marquees, private suites, bars and hospitality venues at Flemington Racecourse.
Whether you're serving guests trackside, crafting premium cocktails, or delivering exceptional table service, you'll play a key role in bringing the Melbourne Cup Carnival experience to life. Previous food and beverage experience in hospitality, events, restaurants, hotels, or premium venues

Experience in premium dining, corporate hospitality, or high-end service environments highly regarded

Skilled in cocktail preparation and service highly desirable

Strong wine knowledge and confidence making recommendations to guests is highly desirable

Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

Excellent communication and guest service skills

Availability to work key Spring Racing Carnival event dates, including weekends and public holidays
Key event dates include Melbourne Cup Carnival race days and Cox Plate events from 24 October to 7 November 2026.
