The Opportunity
We are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Part-time Lifeguard, mid-week and weekend availability are required.
What you'll be doing
- Maintain a safe environment for all guests of Alba Thermal Springs & Spa
- Monitor the daily operations of the lifeguard department, including the First Aid Room
- Administer First Aid to guests when required
- Cleaning of debris and presentation of water in our pools
About You
- You have recent experience in supervising guests in a Lifeguard capacity
- You have a Lifeguard qualification and First Aid Certificate
- You have previous experience in a 5 star property (highly regarded)
- You have the ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs
- You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
- You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
- You are capable, reliable and responsible
- You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
