Description:
About The Role
We have exciting opportunities for Registered Nurses, Support Care Workers, Endorsed Enrolled Nurses and Assistant in Nursing (AIN's) - Renal Dialysis to deliver home Peritoneal Dialysis care in Ferntree Gully VIC.
You will:
•
Provide direct and comprehensive dialysis care in patients’ homes, including individual case management.
•
Plan and coordinate services, including collaboration with other disciplines or agencies.
•
Deliver education, counselling, and group support aimed at improving patients’ health outcomes.
•
Mentor and support newer or less experienced staff.
•
Participate in quality improvement programs, policy development, and clinical research initiatives.
Skills and Experiences:
What You'll Need:
•
Current Certificate III in Individual Support (AIN's or Support Worker) or Current AHPRA (RN's or EEN's)
•
Australian Working Rights
•
Demonstrated competency in planning patient care, clinical problem-solving, and quality improvement initiatives
Willingness to complete:
•
Police Check
•
Working with Children’s Check
•
Updated Vaccination/Immunisation Record
•
Obtain a current ALS and BLS Certification
•
Willingness to learn Peritoneal Machine
