Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, receiving and sorting daily mail, responding to emails, and preparing documents
Preparing meeting and scheduling conference rooms
Liaising with the Sales Departments and advertising properties for sale or rent
Assisting the sales team with clerical duties to include copying, managing sales contracts, and organizing/maintaining other files related to the company’s operations
Database & CRM management
Adhoc admin duties as required

Legal working right in Australia
Excellent attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written in English and Mandarin
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
1 – 2 years previous administration experience in the real estate industry is preferential
Current Agents’ Representative certificate is preferential
