GP Clinic Manager – Healesville Clinic

Located at Healesville, in the beautiful Yarra Valley | 72 hours a fortnight

Are you a values-driven leader who thrives on connection, collaboration, and making a difference? We’re looking for a Manager to lead our bulk billing GP clinic, supporting a passionate, multidisciplinary team delivering accessible, high-quality care to the community.

About the Role

As Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic, working closely with GPs, nurses, administrative staff, and health service partners. You’ll foster a positive workplace culture, streamline workflows, and support the clinic’s ongoing development and integration within the broader health system.

What You'll Do

Lead humbly – nurture a culture of respect, teamwork, and professional growth

Partner for impact – collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the health service

Drive improvement – champion quality improvement initiatives and help evolve systems and processes

Deliver operational excellence – oversee clinic flow, scheduling, billing, compliance, and admin systems

Support high-quality care – ensure clinicians and staff have the tools and environment they need to thrive

Use data for good – track performance, implement improvements, and report on KPIs

About You

A collaborative leader who builds strong relationships across all levels

Experienced in managing operations in general practice, community health or a similar setting

Knowledgeable in Medicare billing, RACGP standards, and primary care workflows

Strong in communication, change management, and team development

Tech-savvy and systems-minded, with a passion for making things work better

Qualifications in health administration, business, nursing or a related field are desirable
