We're looking for friendly, reliable, and compassionate Disability Support Workers (DSWs) who are passionate about supporting participants with community access and self-care. Every day is different—you might be helping someone attend appointments, enjoy a coffee at their favourite café, go shopping, participate in hobbies, prepare meals, or provide assistance with personal care in their home.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you'll make a meaningful difference by supporting participants with their everyday goals and independence.

Your duties may include:

Assisting with personal care, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
Supporting meal preparation and light household tasks.
Accompanying participants into the community.
Shopping, attending appointments, and running errands.
Visiting cafés, parks, libraries, sporting events, or social activities.
Encouraging social inclusion and community participation.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Supporting participants to achieve their NDIS goals while promoting independence and choice.

No two days are the same, making this an incredibly rewarding role.

What You'll Need:

An active ABN (or willingness to obtain one).
Australian working rights.
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current National Police Check.
Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You.
A current driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle (preferred for community access roles).
