About the Role
We are currently seeking Seasonal Orchard Operators to assist with our seasonal programs on our Pistachio orchard in Robinvale, Victoria. Hours vary depending on the weekly program and the weather, when undertaking orchard spray work, shift work (day or night) is required. Your primary role will be to operate machinery, however other manual tasks may be required as needed.
You will report directly to the Operations Manager.
The successful candidates will:
- Have good attention to detail
- A valid driver’s licence and chemical certification
- A strong understanding of WHS principals
- Previous machinery operation experience
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Good communication skills
- Be able to work independently and cooperate well in a team environment

Previous experience working as a machinery operator with the ability to maintain and service the machinery being operated is preferred but not essential. Onsite training will be provided.
